Pegasus with a Winged Rider. Flying through a Rainbow.
I was trying some new embossing type of textures. Trying to get a sparkling light effect through out the picture.
I used the Painter 5 program and a wacom tablet.
I would really like to hear all critisms and suggestion that anyone may have.
